The 72 degree parallel frame sits proud with her original head set fitted after being restored but still holding its original bright finish. The W F Holdsworth new lettering provides for a superb contrast and now picks up the lining colour of the frame in true style. In this illustration one can now see how the Ivory colour has been pulled back, simply by clever use of the lining and now is far from a strong garish colour.

I am delighted with this shot as the previous colour of British Racing Green tended to hide this Agrati Fork Crown, and whist there were many super detailed Fork Crowns and lugs of the era I must say that this Fork crown I find simple, but with some very elegant lines. The nearly flat shoulders also help it to stand proud. Lining to both sides of the lugs is enhancing and makes one look. Now the intriguing pattern in lining can be seen on the blade of the fork. If anyone can help me there is a small  pimple just below the brazeons for the shifters on the down tube and it has always been part of the frame but few know what it is for.

A close up of the head set, and now we are moving on as 'Cyclone' has been written upon the top tube in the font style I requested and specifically the darker blue colour to match in with the frame colour design. The head badge has been removed as I was able to procure a new 'Prancing Horse' version for the frame however it will a decision for the future as to using the original or the new. I also have a 'Worthy' Badge for the down tube central contrast ring.

Here is a nice close up of the new W F Holdsworth graphics with the 'W' set above the 'F' as it should be for this particular date of construction. The inset blue of the graphic although clear to the eye is of metallic film, and provides for a very interesting subtle colour variance depending upon the light. The graphics now provide for a superb colour balance between the frame and its lining

Here we have an interesting shot which clearly shows the lining and shape of the bottom bracket shell. The original pump pegs remain as they were brazed to the down tube. The cable tube brazed to the top of the bottom bracket shell also remains, and as used on so many bikes the this particular era. We can have a good view here of the chain stays and the lovely pattern created during lining, and just how the single line extends to well beyond halfway, toward the rear dropouts.

This illustration shows the detail around the seat cluster and just how the darker blue, but I hasten to add not a midnight blue compliments the frame.  The simple spear point lug seems to be leaping off the frame such is the effect created. The binder bolt bracket which will be fitted with an Allen bolt, can just be seen. Seat stays have been again lined with the same pattern that is used for the forks, I find it most attractive, and it has changed the whole concept of the frame. A boss on both the chain stays is to provide a fixing point for the Bespoke rear carrier, hand made in stainless steel. The lettering declaring the source of the restoration has now been competed by agreement on the upper seat tube.

Some will agree and others will not in relation to my specification for the frame colours to be reflected upon the mud guards. The two finer lines in Ivory that are set either side of the central broader Blue line have both the effect of balance between them and the frame, but also greatly enhance the detailed shape of the mud guards. These are the new version of the Zeppelin Art Nouveau styled guards that have much detail, and they are so shaped that they provide for ample protection reaching down as far as the tyre wall.
